Minimum qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from recognized university.
- Possess 1-3 years of Conveyancing experience
- Licensed to practice law in Sarawak
- Strong drafting and research skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiar with Sarawak Land Code
